Do I need to answer Part 4, Items 57-58 on Form I-130?

Part 4 of Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, is called “Information About Beneficiary”.

You need to answer Part 4 items 57-58 only if the beneficiary’s native written language does not use Roman letters. In this case, you should type or print his/her name and foreign address in their native written language. To be exact the following information should be inserted into the corresponding fields: family name, given name, middle name, street name and number, apartment, floor, city or town, province, postal code, country.
