A petitioner who has filed Form I-130 and who is not a U.S. citizen must notify USCIS of his/her new address within 10 days of moving from the previous residence (within the United States or its territories).
If you have a pending I-130 petition, you will have to file Form AR-11 (online or by mail) in order to report a change of address. Also, do not forget to change your address on any other pending or recently approved applications/petitions, you can do it online or by calling USCIS National Customer Service Center.
Please do not submit a change of address request to USCIS Lockbox facilities because the Lockbox does not process such requests.
