Home  »  Knowledge base  »  How do I attach additional records to my I-751 petition?

In case you have more information than can fit into the provided space and standard fields of Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, you will need to attach additional records. This is especially common for previous addresses, other names and for information about children.

When you need extra space to complete any item and to provide additional records within this petition, use the fields provided on page 11, Part 11 “Additional Information”.

If this is still not enough you may make copies of page 11 to complete and file with this petition. The other option to attach additional records to your I-751 petition is to make a separate attachment. Take a separate sheet of paper, type or print the following: “Attachment with additional information for I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence”; indicate your name and Alien Registration Number (if any) at the top of each sheet; indicate the page number, part number, and item number to which your answer refers; sign and date each sheet. Put this attachment sheet directly behind your completed Form I-751 and submit them together to the USCIS as stipulated.
