Part 9 of Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, is dedicated to the time spent outside the United States.

In item Number 1 you must indicate the total number of days (24 hours or longer) that you spent outside the USA during the last 5 years.

In item Number 2 you must indicate the total number of trips (24 hours or longer) that you have taken outside the USA during the last 5 years.

And in item Number 3 you must provide information for every mentioned trip (24 hours or longer) that you have made outside the United States during the last 5 years. Start with your most recent trip and work backwards.

If you need extra space, use an additional sheet of paper and attach it to your form.
