Currently, the filing fee for Form N-565, Application for Replacement Naturalization/Citizenship Document, is $555. As for the biometric services fee, you do not need to include it at the time you submit your application, USCIS will notify you later how to submit the additional biometric services fee, if required.
You can pay with a money order, personal check, or cashier’s check. Please spell out U.S. Department of Homeland Security, do not use the initials “USDHS” or “DHS.” Just as with the other USCIS forms, the filing fee is not refundable, regardless of any action USCIS takes on your application.

Meanwhile, there is NO fee required if your current certification or declaration is incorrect due to a typographical/clerical error made by USCIS.
Also if you are experiencing financial hardship you may be eligible for a fee waiver (under 8 CFR 103.7c). In this case, you should additionally complete Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver, and submit it and evidence of your inability to pay the filing fee together with your Form N-565.
