You have three options for sending your Form I-90 application. First, you can apply the form online on the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website. Second, you can mail a properly filled out paper form to USCIS. Third, you can use our dedicated service and we will send the form for you.

There are two addresses where you can send the Form I-90 application if you are going to send it yourself. For U.S. Postal Service, you need to use the following address:
