Priority processing of G-639, FOIA Request, in possible only in cases involving persons who have to appear before an immigration judge. Such cases fall under the category “Track 3 priority processing.”

To request for priority processing you must submit at least one of the listed documents, evidencing an upcoming subject’s hearing before an immigration judge, together with your Form G-639, Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act Request:

– Form I-862, Notice to Appear;

– Form I-221, Order to Show Cause and Notice of Hearing;

– Form I-863, Notice of Referral to Immigration Judge.
