General instruction by USCIS

You can petition for yourself by completing an I-140, Petition for Alien Worker. However, you must show proof of a one-time accomplishment, such as an Oscar, a Pulitzer or an Olympic Medal. Your work has been showcased at artistic exhibitions;
Your service in a leading or significant role in prominent organizations;

Achievement of commercial success in the performing arts.
