This is the paper form that you should use if you are not a U.S. citizen and you are legally required to notify United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of any change in address when you move within the United States or its territories. Use Form AR-11 only if you cannot or do not wish to fill it out online.

You must use this form to report any change of address within 10 days after you’ve moved unless you are a diplomat (visa status A); an official government representative to an international organization (visa status G); or if you’re in a specified nonimmigrant group, you do not have a visa and you are here for less than 30 days.
You should Use Form AR-11, Alien’s Change of Address Card even if you do not have any pending petitions or applications. If you do have pending petitions or applications, you must use Form AR-11 to advise USCIS that you have moved. However, you must also make the changes on those forms.
Fill the Form AR-11
Complete this form by typing or writing neatly using a pen. Be sure to supply all of the information requested including your current address, last address (most recent only), alien or registration number, country of citizenship and date of birth. You should also include information about your current employment and school (if applicable). Do not forget to sign Form AR-11, Alien’s Change of Address Card, in the designated space.

There is no filing fee for Form AR-11 and you do not need to provide any additional information or supporting documents.
USCIS urges anyone using paper Form AR-11 to send it using certified, registered or return receipt mail so you have proof that you did mail it.
