The short answer is “no”. Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, should be used only by conditional permanent residents who obtained status through marriage, and who want to apply to remove the conditions on the permanent resident status.
Conditional permanent residents who obtained status through entrepreneurship, or in other words business investors, should use another USCIS form to remove the conditions on green card, namely Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status.
