Part 8 of Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, is called “Spouse’s or Individual Listed in Part 4’s Statement, Contact Information, Acknowledgement of Appointment as USCIS Application Support Center, Certification, and Signature”. Read Part 8 carefully and follow the brief instructions provided therein in order to complete it correctly.
In Form I-751 Part 8 it is required to provide information about the spouse or individual indicated previously in Part 4. Generally, the fields are very similar to the fields in Part 7. The spouse or individual should select the appropriate box to indicate that he/she either read this petition himself/herself, or someone interpreted this petition for him/her from English into a language in which he/she is fluent. If applicable, it is required to select the box to indicate if someone prepared this petition for the spouse or individual. The spouse or individual must also affirm that he/she has reviewed and understood the Acknowledgement of Appointment at USCIS Application Support Center in Part 8.
Further, he/she has to sign and date the application, provide a daytime telephone number, mobile phone number and email address. Wherein, a stamped or typewritten name in place of a handwritten signature is not acceptable.
